Beef Scapula

Very thinly sliced pieces of bone, from the beef scapula (shoulder blade). Each individual piece will be shrink wrapped and have a barcode elastic tag wrapped around.

Chew Time: Medium. Chews like a pig ear but with a tougher texture, and doesn't break into pieces.
